SUBTLE: Baby lettuces, mild Asian greens, baby chard.
SPICY: Wasabi like mix of arugula, mustards and cress like peppergrass.
Our mixes have more moisture than conventional store bought greens. For long keeping, transfer to loose container in refrigerator to avoid pooling water.
