Application Process

We accept applications for the following season anytime, though we generally do not begin our formal interview process until  after November 1. Farm visits are highly recommended. We also encourage applicants to talk to past apprentices of any farm they’re applying to, and check out several possibilities to find the apprenticeship that best meets your needs.

You can complete the online application below, or answer the questions via a separate email or by mail. Feel free to send  additional information that can help us get to know you better such as resumes, recommendations or pictures. Eligible applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview by phone or on farm. Written replies are sent to those who we feel are not a good match for our program.

Please review the Apprentice Contract which includes expectations in the event you are offered a position and unusual conditions under which we might choose to terminate our arrangement before the end of the season.

After February 15th, please contact the farm to see if we still have openings for the upcoming season.
