From Eugene:
(drive time avg. 45 min to 1 hour)Take Hwy. 99 North out of town via 6th Ave going west. Go past Jerry’s Home Improvement and at the next light, take a left onto Clear Lake Blvd. Continue on this road past Fern Ridge Reservoir and cross Territorial where this road becomes Lawrence. Lawrence Rd. dead ends on Rte. 36. Take a left onto Rte. 36 and take the next right after milepost 32, which will be Horton Rd. Our farm is a little under a mile on the right hand side and there is a small blue sign with our name. We’re surrounded by a 8’ deer fence which you will need to open and re-close behind you. You may park around the house out behind the long shed. If we are not in the house, we can usually be found not too far away, in the shop, packout area or in the field. Alex, our black lab, if he’s out will probably greet you with exuberance. He’s harmless.
From the North:
Take the Halsey exit off I-5. Take a right to go into Halsey and take a left onto Hwy 99 towards Junction City. After the 2nd Texaco station having past thru Junction City, take a right onto Rte. 36 towards Florence. Stay on this road and take a right onto Horton Rd. after milepost 32. Our farm is a little under a mile on the right hand side and there is a small blue sign with our name. We’re surrounded by a 8’ deer fence which you will need to open and re-close behind you.
From all Directions:
Most state maps have Blachly, or Horton on them off Rte. 36 since there’s not much out here. There are other ways to access Rte. 36 besides the above Lawrence Rd. and Junction City Rd. From the south, these are Airport Rd., Territorial and Poodle Creek Rd. via 126. From the north, Territorial via Monroe. Note: If you’re heading west on Rte. 36 looking for Horton Rd., and you come upon Triangle Lake, you’ve gone too far.
