Our Organic Farming Apprenticeship includes six months of classes, field trips and lots of hands-on farming.

Field Trips

Our area is rich in its diverse expression of the stewardship of nature. On most field trips, apprentices work a short period and receive a guided tour from the farmers whose shared knowledge is invaluable to learning. We hope these field trips inspire students to think creatively in their future projects.
